Every decade, the Charter Commission has one chance to shape how Honolulu governs itself.
Right now, critical proposals on food security, biosecurity, and sustainable waste are at risk of being left out. These are not side issues—they directly impact our ability to feed our communities, mālama ʻāina, and prepare for the challenges ahead.
We cannot afford to wait another ten years. Honolulu must act now.
